Work consisted of design build construction services for a new vehicle wash structure with a waste water recycling system. Scope; lead paint abatement, demolition of existing structures, installation of new electrical power, water, sewer and gas services. Constructed a concrete wash rack slab/foundation, erected metal building, waste water recycling/filtration system and asphalt paving. Historical preservation applications.
