The scope of work for this project included the removal and replacement of damaged asphalt pavement and concrete curbs, along with comprehensive pavement maintenance and site striping improvements.
Site Work Solutions performed crack filling and seal coating across approximately 80,000 square feet of asphalt pavement to extend pavement service life and improve overall surface condition. Damaged asphalt and concrete curb sections were removed and replaced as required.
The project also included the re-establishment and painting of all designated parking spaces, curb markings, facility-specific lettering, and traffic control lines throughout the site. These improvements enhanced pavement appearance, site organization, traffic flow, and overall safety.
