Facility was an existing in use waste drop off center for West Central Landfill. Work consisted of demolishing an in use waste facility. Contract required the contractor to provide uninterrupted use of existing facility while reconstructing a new facility. Facility contained loading/drop off dock, concrete walls, asphalt paving, earthwork, erosion control, striping.
