The scope of work for this project included comprehensive asphalt removal and replacement at the Redding Maintenance Facility, along with associated site and security improvements.
Site Work Solutions removed the existing asphalt and completed the necessary removal and replacement of concertina wire. The underlying subgrade was then regraded and compacted to establish a stable and properly prepared base for the new pavement.
The project also included forming and pouring a new concrete valley gutter to improve drainage and water management. New asphalt was placed, compacted, and sealed to provide a durable, finished surface designed to withstand ongoing facility traffic and use.
All work was completed to restore and improve the facility’s pavement, drainage, and surrounding site conditions.
