General scope of work includes roofing replacement interior demolition, foundation work, metal building installation, security fencing installation, installation of shop roll up doors, installation of new metal stud and gypsum fire rated walls, installation of hollow metal fire rated doors, installation of underground and interior electrical service, installation of underground and interior plumbing, installation and modification of fire alarm devices, and installation of complete mechanical systems. In total there are two project locations and 5 metal buildings that are being installed or renovated for warehouse, office and storage spaces.
