This project consisted of emergency erosion control protection along the natural channel banks between the existing access roads and the Glen Canyon Switchyard slopes located near Page, AZ. Erosion repairs consisted of engineered fill, structural gabion basket retaining walls, culvert installation, precast traffic barrier installation, protection of exposed utilities with PVC sleeves, repair of security fencing, placement of concrete drainage inlets and headwalls, placement of rip-rap slope protection, and replacement of 330 lineal feet of 2″ HDPE water pipe.
