Job 14

Project consisted of demolition of existing exterior features surrounding an existing historic bath house and camper retail store. The design/build contract required strategic planning on maintaining compliance with ADA laws, while preserving the historic features. The following items were completed; Demolition, concrete paving, new sidewalks, privacy curtains, loading dock, parking stalls, retaining walls, underground electrical, HVAC, painting, handrails, parking stall signage/striping.
