The scope of work for this project was to remove exisitng concrete pavement and trench drain system that was used to drain an alley in downton Brighton, Colorado. The trench drains were installed approximately 20 years ago are were adjacent to the foundation of buildings on either side of the alley causing basement flooding issues. In addition, Site Work Solutions removed, stored and reset exisitng benches, planters and trash cans during construction. Site Work Solutions furnished, and installed new concrete trench drains with curbs, new 8″ trench drain gate, installed concrete chase drain, new 14″ chase drain gate, connected roof drains to new trench drain locations and connected existing outley pipes to new trench drains.
