The project consisted of the removal of an existing thermal curtain from Whiskeytown Lake located outside of Redding, California. In order to complete the work, detailed planning was performed in order to obtain all necessary permits and then complete the underwater diving and recovery work as well as removal and recycling of the existing thermal curtain, floatation devices and anchorage structures.
