Site Work Solutions removed existing rock, sod and soil as required for placement of geotextile fabric and new rock. The existing sprinkler system was abandoned in place or removed as needed. Installed new sprinkler PVC lateral lines from existing valve box on east side of building to new plants. Installed new drip lines from PVC lateral lines to plants. Installed a new Hunter Irrigation Controller inside building. Connected to the existing wiring and installed it in the same location. Graded (2) to (3) landscape berms utilizing existing material. Placed geotextile fabric at all areas prior to placement of new rock. Placed 1” to 3” rock at a depth of 3” to 4”. Placed up to 60LF of 6” x 6” lumber on north end of project to contain new rock. Placed approximately 30 1-gallon lavender plants
