The scope of work for this project included replacement of the water supply main and reconstruction of the primary access road serving Drakesbad Guest Ranch within Lassen Volcanic National Park.
Site Work Solutions installed a new 6-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) water supply main extending from the guest ranch to the existing water storage tank. The new water main was installed along the alignment of the rehabilitated access road, providing improved reliability and long-term serviceability for the ranch’s water supply system.
The project also included reconstruction of the primary access road, with modifications designed to improve drainage, manage stormwater runoff, and restore the area’s natural hydrology. The completed improvements enhanced both critical water infrastructure and site access while minimizing impacts to the surrounding park environment.
