The scope of work for the project included concrete spall repair at eleven large and three small damaged areas of the face of fourteen panels of the retaining walls. Repaired six damaged buttresses along both sides of the road that had been damaged due to corrosion and vehicular damage. Repaired twelve damaged W6x12 beams along both sides of the road. W6x12 beams are primary structural components of the buttresses that extend vertically from the tops of buttresses to support the guard rail system due to vehicular damage. Replaced 1000 feet of guardrails due to vehicular damage. Repaired 1300 linear feet of top portion of retaining walls due to corrosion and vehicular damage.
