Consisted of resurfacing several miles of pedestrian/bicycle trail along South Lake Tahoe. Scope; Crack filling, slurry fill, full depth dig-out, asphalt paving, traffic control. Difficulties; trail was adjacent to South Lake Tahoe with heightened environmental concerns. Trail was in use during construction creating difficult control of pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
