This tenant improvement project included the construction two new foreman’s offices. The work included demolition and replacement of walls, ceilings, electrical, finish carpentry, installation of drywall, painting, and modifications to the fire, HVAC and electrical systems. This was a fast track project and was completed ahead of schedule and with-in the budget.
