Renovate Shower Room and Retail Store demolition of existing architectural finishes, prefabricated shower stalls, plumbing and electrical in the existing Men’s and Women’s Shower Rooms, demolition of existing propane-fired water heaters in the Camp store storage room. Remodel of the existing Men’s and Women’s Shower Rooms, including rough and finish carpentry, installation of new Shower Room hollow metal doors and frames, new prefabricated shower stalls, rough and finish plumbing, re-installation of the existing shower fee collection systems, dressing room partitions, architectural finishes, new lighting system, electrical resistant heaters, electrical outlets and related electrical wiring. Installation of a new propane-fired instant hot water system and related system controls and electrical work at the Camp store Storage Room.
