Asphalt pulverization, transportation and placement of Government supplied asphalt grindings, regarding roadway, placement of chemical asphalt rejuvenate, compaction of rejuvenated asphalt. Difficulties; compliance with the USDA fire program during high fire danger, very remote location, high elevation, rain/snow, freezing temperatures, in use roadway (traffic control).
