Work consisted of erosion repairs to access roads and structure pads. Scope; excavation, site grading, compacted fill, provide and install stone riprap. Environmental compliance with desert tortoises, cactus and other sensitive concerns. Difficulties; compliance with environmental concerns, remote location, continual theft and damage to materials and equipment.
