This project included moisture testing the walls to determine which areas were affected by the leak. After performing the moisture testing, our field staff removed the entire cove base on the affected areas and created holes through the dry wall below the cove base. We then set up fans to circulate air throughout the walls to dry the walls. In addition, we set up dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture in the air.
