Perform excavation, compact fill, install rip rap protection at an existing Western Area Power Administration Substation yard which sustained erosion damage throughout the site due to large storms. Construct cast in place headwall for drainage culvert to mitigate erosion of around the culvert. Remove built up sediment from existing drainage channels to allow proper flow of storm-water discharge.
