Work under this contract involves the design build of a 7,200 square foot metal building warehouse. Specifics include the following: earthwork for footings, perimeter grade beams, marshalling lot, compacting back fill for building foundation, reinforced concrete floor, design and erection of an insulated, pre-engineered metal building, furnishing and installing two, gable-end roll-up doors, furnishing and installing exterior ridge vents, other appurtenant items.
