The work in general consists of sanitary sewer system rehabilitation on various streets within the City of Willows. Items of work include 1,437 LF of 6” sewer main replacement by open-cut construction methods, reconnection of 49 EA sewer laterals by open-cut construction methods, rehabilitation of 1,273 LF of 8” sanitary sewer by cured-in-place pipe lining, internal point repairs, open-cut point repairs, reconnection of 39 EA sewer laterals by installing cured-in-place top hats, rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manhole by epoxy lining, sewer bypass pumping, traffic control, and asphalt trench patching.
