The scope of work involved the demolition of an existing amphitheater including landscaping, concrete dance floor, stage. New work consisted of concrete theater seating, retaining walls, dance floor, communication and lighting conduits, stone veneer stage wall, elevated color concrete stage, mole proof lawn wire, sod, and irrigation.
